FAQs
1. Are
you in any way affiliated with the WSOP or WPT?
No. We are not in any way affiliated with the WSOP or WPT.
We are merely a jewelry store selling a bracelet for poker
players.
2. Are the bracelets made with
real gold and diamonds?
For $34.99? Yea right! The bracelet is 14k gold plated with
Swarovski crystal. Still not a bad deal, right?
3.
Will the gold rub off on my skin?
The gold is heavily plated 50 mills thick and should not easily
rub off or fade. Silver is also 50 mills thick.
4. Do you sell a more expensive bracelet with solid
gold and real diamonds?
We do not currently offer a more expensive option. We offer
a fun, quality alternative to spending hundreds or thousands
of dollars on a poker bracelet. However, if there is enough
interest, we would consider working with our jewelers to create
a custom high-end bracelet.
5. Will you be coming out with
any different style bracelets in the future?
We designed the bracelets offered on our Web site with the
customer’s tastes in mind. We are always looking at
new styles and products to offer. If there is enough interest
in a particular style, we would definitely consider offering
it. Contact us at info@pokerbling.com
and let us know what you are looking for.
6. Can I get the bracelet engraved?
We are not currently offering custom engraving on individual
orders. However, you can take it to any local engraver and
have it done. Oftentimes people will engrave the name, date
and winning hand of the tournament they won the bracelet,
on the back. Our "non-engraved" bracelets are perfect
for engraving whatever you want on the faceplate.
7. Can I get a custom design
with my name or logo on the faceplate?
We
cannot offer custom designed faceplates on individual orders.
However, our "non-engraved" bracelet option is perfect
if you want a custom engraving on the faceplate. You will
have to take the bracelet to a 3rd party engraver, however.
8. Will the bracelet fit my wrist?
The length of the bracelet is approximately 8 inches, commonly
used as the standard bracelet size. Unfortunately, the bracelet
chain is not adjustable. We had to pick a length and stick
with it. We chose 8 inches to best accomodate as many customers
as possible.
9. I’m hosting a tournament
tomorrow and I need the bracelet for a prize ASAP. How fast
can you get it to me?
We generally ship our orders via the US Post Office. If you
need a rush order, please use the FedEx shipping option. It
also doesn't hurt to send us an email at info@pokerbling.com
to alert us of your situation.
10. I want to award a bracelet
each week to our home game winner. (I liked the idea of being
able to claim I’m a “ten-time bracelet winner.)
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We don’t have bulk discounts worked in to our online
payment solution, so if you want to order 10 bracelets or
more, please visit our wholesale
page or contact us at info@pokerbling.com
and we can work something out.
11.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard and Paypal. Sorry, no American
Express or Discover at this time.
12. What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns at this time. However,
if your product is damaged or defective in any way, we would
be happy to send a replacement bracelet. Please contact us
at info@pokerbling.com
if you encounter an issue.
13. I am a retailer and would
like to sell the bracelets at my store. Do you sell wholesale?
We do sell the bracelets wholesale. Please click here
for more info.
14. What do you charge for shipping?
We
charge $5 for shipping and handling for U.S. orders. We also
ship internationally and can FedEx a bracelet if you need
it ASAP. Please see the shipping options and prices when ordering
through our shopping cart.
15. Do you play poker?
Hell yes we play poker. In fact, we host (and participate
in) PokerBling private tournaments online and award a FREE
bracelet to the winner. We also host a Player of the Year
competition complete with standings and point scoring criteria.
Check the Tournaments page for
more info. To see a list of past tournament bracelet winners,
click here. Player of the Year standings
can be found here. If you want
to receive a weekly tournament update with future dates and
prizes, please submit your email address on our Tournament
page. We also play live ring games around Los Angeles at
The Bicycle Casino, Hollywood
Park Casino, Commerce
Casino, and Hustler
Casino.
